Microsoft Viva for general employee reminders started showing up in Outlook email feeds in early 2021. As part of an exciting line extension, the new Microsoft Viva Sales experience will be launched next quarter, providing additional sales insights, sales reminders, and contextual data as well as assisting with some added data entry that sales and service reps perform on a daily basis.
