What are the Salesforce Customer Success Awards?
This year the focus is on celebrating customers who have demonstrated outstanding Agentforce success. The awards recognize customers’ innovative use of Salesforce technology to achieve their business goals.
Who is eligible to participate?
In order to be nominated, you need to meet the following criteria:
- Be a current Salesforce customer
- Be live on Agentforce with an active agent or multiple agents
- Engage with Customer Success resources and offerings (ex: Trailhead, Premier or Signature Success Plan, Salesforce Professional Services, etc.)
- Demonstrate measurable business impact and results

How to submit a Customer Success Award nomination
Reach out to your Salesforce account team today to share your story and they will submit a nomination on your company’s behalf.
