How to Become a Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist
An Agentforce Specialist understands how to leverage Agentforce to enhance business processes and empower teams to work more efficiently. We suggest you review the Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist Exam Guide and reference the listed recommended training so you know what you’ll be tested on. Like other Salesforce Professional Certifications, you’ll have 90 minutes to complete 60 multiple-choice questions.
To increase your chances of passing the exam, we recommend hands-on experience with Agentforce, Prompt Builder, and Model Builder in Trailhead, as well as completing the self-paced learning materials in the exam guide.
