Code view is now generally available
Writing on the Microsoft Power Apps Blog, Marcel Ferreira stated that code view in Power Apps Studio is now generally available. He noted that this is an important step to help citizen developers and professional developers work together.
According to Ferreira, the key features introduced during the public preview of Power Apps Studio are:
- Code view: Developers can see the code for each control, making it easier to understand how the app works.
- Copy and paste: Users can copy any control as YAML + Power Fx code and paste it into a code editor for changes.
- Sharing: Creators can share code snippets through Microsoft Teams, email, or forums, making collaboration and reuse easier.
In his blog post, Ferreira wrote about the improvements Microsoft has made based on user feedback.
