Sales Agent connects to your CRM with company data, and the internet for new information, and other Microsoft 365 tools like email and calendars to help personalize each interaction and opportunity. Microsoft Dynamics Sales Chat
With actionable takeaways, reps can accelerate their cycles by staying up to date on new accounts or preparing for upcoming customer meetings. Connecting source materials and surfacing the more important information from places like CRM data, emails, and proposals, allows team members to search less and sell more. These two Agents can be accessed in both Microsoft 365 Copilot and Microsoft 365 Copilot Chat and connect directly to Dynamics 365 so Sales Reps can nurture and close deals without even having to open CRM.
