In our previous video, we walked through the process of creating a Vendor Claim Request to recover costs from suppliers when product issues arise. But what if the issue occurs within our own operation, such as a processing error at one of our plants? Our CRM Case module makes it easy to submit Plant Claim Requests, allowing internal costs to be tracked separately while keeping the claims process organized and efficient.

With just a few clicks, users can generate a New Plant Claim Request, select the responsible plant, and choose the affected items. The system then assigns a claim number and prompts for a few essential details, keeping the process straightforward for internal teams. Unlike vendor claims, which require more detailed financial tracking, plant claims focus on internal accountability.

Plant claims also include a one-click document generation feature, making it simple to create and share a Plant Claim Request Document for internal reporting. Once submitted, claim amounts are automatically calculated and displayed in the Case Detail section, providing full visibility into internal cost management.
